  • By engaging my services, you agree to my General Terms of Trade which can be found here

VIDEOGRAPHY RETAINER TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • I’ll hold your stock for you on myside so that you don’t need to keep sending me product every month.
  • You must be really happy because I don’t need to commit to a minimum period of 3 months with each other.
  • Brief me on what big stuff you’ve got coming up the following month 2 weeks before the start of the month and I’ll shoot your product to tie in with that .
  • I can get started at any point in the month! I just need 1 week from the date I receive the product to get your first batch of footage to you
  • Videos might include your logo, subtitles (if required), voice over (if required) as well as background. If there is a specific track you’d like used, please let me know (you’ll need to confirm you have the rights to use that music as I cannot be held responsible for breaches of Copyright).
  • Videos to be capped at a maximum of 1min each.
  • If you’d like more videos added to your monthly retainer on a once-off basis, it would be charged out the extra costs.
  • If you’d like a retainer with more videos than highlighted above – let’s chat and customize a package for you!
  • Let me please know 2 weeks in advance if you’d like to cancel the retainer (but let’s be honest, you probably wont want to!).
  • Unused videos can be carried over into the following month – but I’d need to cap it at a max of 5 videos to shoot for you in a 1 calendar month period.
  • Any ingredients / props required for the shoot are not included in the pricing and are added to the relevant month’s invoice.
  • Any travel time (for example if I needed to be on location for a shoot) is not included in the retainer pricing.
  • Any professional / talent agency-sourced actors required for a shoot will be billed for separately.
  • Any specific music required for the shoot will be billed for separately (if any cost is associated for example licensing fees etc.).
  • Any professional / agency-sourced voice talent required for the shoot will be billed for separately (if any cost is associated).
  • Any specific animations/graphics required for the edit will be billed for separately.
  • 1 revert per month is included in your retainer– any changes required outside of this, will be charged out the extra costs.
  • To kick off – I just need you to fill out my Video Brief!

  • Brief me on what big stuff you’ve got coming up the following month 2 weeks before the start of the month and I’ll shoot your product to tie in with that.
  • I can get started at any point in the month! I just need 1 week from the date I receive the product to get your first batch of imagery to you.
  • If you’d like more images added to your monthly retainer on a once-off basis, it would be charged out the extra costs.
